Well, I spent some time yesterday morning at Forts Pond Elementary, and some time today at both Pelion High and Pelion Elementary. I hit the Middle School on the 31st. In the end, I will have had contact (at a public speaking distance anyway) with every teacher in Pelion. Pretty cool!
Why is this so cool? Because that contact will get me closer to you, my dear Middle and High School friends. I hope to be able to get into your classrooms to read to you, talk to you about my library and its resources, and get to know you better too. I hope I don't sound too much like a stalker...
