You may well ask. "NaNoWriMo" is short for National Novel Writing Month. The month of November is set for this annual event, the goal of which is for individual writers to crank out 50,000 words on a NEW work in 30 days. I have tried twice, and bombed both times. A few years ago, unforeseen circumstances derailed my attempt. This year, I started a couple of days late, but have absolutely no excuse for my failure other than apathy and distraction.
Rats.
I guess I'll try again next year...
